PIYO = round 2/week 4 day 2
1. Oatmeal with milk, peanut butter & maple syrup
2. Homemade veggie soup with noodles
3. Vegan chocolate, peanut butter, ice & water
4. Plain yogurt (with maple syrup & vanilla extract), olives & string cheese
5. More veggie soup & a veggie burger
Day 9 of 21 day fix - much better day today! Except for the lack of fruit. Wth!?
Week 4, day 2 = hardcore on the floor! Rocked it! Mostly. lol
