Photo journal, Piyo & Body Beast

9 months, 1 day!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 2 day 4 


Post workout Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, banana, spinach, ice & water 

1. Oatmeal with whole milk, peanut butter & maple syrup  

2. Pita with provolone, 2 eggs & tomato 

3. Bell peppers

4. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & raspberries 


Day 4 of the clean eating challenge!  Failed to plan today but still rocked it! :) 


Day 11 = Piyo Core! & Body Beast bulk arms. Made up for the unplanned break yesterday, lol
