PIYO = round 2/week 3, day 5
1. Vegan chocolate, banana, peanut butter, ice & water
2. Cucumbers & cottage cheese
3. I fell into the boys mac & cheese. #noselfcontrol
4. Afternoon shake after being out most of the day with #LLL
5. Eggs, spinach & feta with 'fried' potatoes (in coconut oil)
6. Carrots & olives
Day 5 of 21 day fix - again with the pasta! Carb addict.
Week 3, day 5 = Strength Intervals! Short one, loved it! :)
