9 months, 2 weeks, 1 day!! of changing my life!
PIYO = round 2/week 4 day 4
1. Corn flakes (organic version) with whole milk - yellow container
2. Lunch out at #wholefoods - vegetarian general tso & a larabar for dessert (better choice than cake! Red & purple (??) containers
3. FRUIT!!!!!!!!!! lol Purple
4. I'm sitting down with the mountain right now. Not great to eat it all at once but, my body NEEDS the nutrition! So, it is what it is. :)
Plain yogurt (with maple syrup & vanilla extract, sunflower seeds, frozen peaches, bell peppers, cottage cheese, cucumber/tomato salad with oil & apple cider vinegar, a pita with cheese, vegan shakeology with banana, spinach, peanut butter, ice & water - ALL the containers! lol
Day 11 of 21 day fix - rocky start to the day but FINALLY went grocery shopping!
Week 4, day 4 = I swapped out full body blast for strength intervals. Got 'er done! :)
