Post workout Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, banana, peanut butter, spinach, ice & water
1. Mozzarella sticks -- for breakfast. Working out after that felt AWFUL!! :-O
2. Mac & cheese with peas
3. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter
Traveling this weekend!!
Day 5 = define: lower body! Followed later by Body Beast bulk back -- most of it. Some I couldn't do because we didn't have double equipment.
