PIYO = round 2/week 2 day 1
Morning Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, banana, peanut butter, spinach, ice & water
1. Lunch out: falafel & hummus snack pack
2. Larabar as I ran out the door after my workout.
3. Cucumber/tomato salad with apple cider vinegar, sautéed broccoli, veggie burger (2) with bell peppers
4. Frozen peaches
Day 1 of the clean eating challenge! Mostly nailed it. ;)
The sugar detox is in full effect! I might have more fruit before bed.
I need to up my water intake tomorrow!!
Day 8 = Sweat! Struggled but got 'er done!
