WOW, I had so many reasons (excuses!) not to do my workout this morning.
*We're out of town for a funeral.
*I forgot my yoga mat & my workout space at my brothers is wood floors.
*My Mom & Aunt are on their way over & we're headed to breakfast when they get here.
Instead of starting my day cranky. I reminded myself of my WHY, grabbed a balled up sheet (that didn't work great, lol But, I did manage!) & pushed play!
It was under 20 minutes! I'm done for the day, they haven't arrived yet & I'm feeling much more prepared for the days events.
Week 1 day 7 of Piyo = define: upper body. :)
