Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Egg, spinach & feta wrap with coffee
2. Wine: I had to clear a spot in the fridge for groceries! :-O lol
3. Egg & cheese pita with a cucumber/tomato salad.
4. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, kale, pink himalayan salt, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water
5. Plain yogurt with maple syrup, cherries & blueberries
Round 2/Day 1 = going straight into round 2. Slightly less strict but I'm going to try to stick tight with the clean eating.

Red = 4/5
Yellow = 2/4
Purple = 3/3
Green = 5/5
Orange = 1/1
Blue = 2/1
Teaspoons = 5/5
