Day 8 of 21 Day Fix Extreme
Day 8 = Plyo Fix Extreme! I hit almost every jump this week! Yeah baby! I love feeling my strength improve. :)
I also checked my progress this morning = down 4 pounds & 4.5 inches! Hells yeah. Mega motivation to hang tight right there. :):):)
