I decided to get up & get it over with before I did anything else today.
SO glad I did that! It's no secret that Plyo workouts aren't my fav buuuuut, this one wasn't too bad! I love Autumn's style so that helps! :)
I still have a sore throat that hit me this weekend so breathing was a bit tricky with those jumps. And bonus, I didn't modify EVERY move! Only some. lol
Double bonus = I've already downed 24 onces of water! I've been slacking in that department.
