Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 6 days

1 year, 3 months, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. So. Hungry. Double serving broccoli & an egg sandwich - 2 eggs, cheese (Ev ate more than half of it!) & coffee

2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, kale, ice, & water.

3. Feast! Cottage cheese & nectarine. 2 veggie burgers on sautéed bell peppers, cheese, pita with tomatoes. Green beans, couscous & cucumbers. 

 

Day 3 = only 1 cup of coffee with less sugar today. Working it down slowly. :) 

Container counts:

Red = 5/6

Yellow = 3/4

Purple = 3/4

Green = 7/6 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 4/6 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 3 = Pilates Fix Extreme! That one was very different! Noted adjustments for next week so I'm hoping to do better.
