Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Egg & cheese wrap with coffee (early puke wake up call)
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water
3. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & a nectarine.
4. Potato & egg wrap. An attempt at dinner after my workout. A ate most & I'm headed to bed early.
Day 16 = stomach bug day from hell. I'm pretty sure I'm next.
