Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 5 days

1 year, 3 months, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Egg sandwich - 3 eggs, cheese & coffee

2. Plain yogurt with peanut butter, vanilla extract & a bit of maple syrup

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, pink himalayan salt, kale, ice, & water. Leftovers: black beans, corn, couscous & tomatoes. Sliced cucumbers. 

4. Cottage cheese & nectarine 

 

Day 2 = I had a second cup of coffee today, didn't need it! It made me jittery. Same amount of sugar as yesterday. I need better planning for veggies tomorrow! 

Container counts:

Red = 6/6

Yellow = 4/4

Purple = 3/4

Green = 4/6 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 6/6 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 2 = Upper Fix Extreme! Ouch. I'm definitely going to feel that tomorrow!
