Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Egg sandwich - 3 eggs, cheese & coffee
2. Plain yogurt with peanut butter, vanilla extract & a bit of maple syrup
3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, pink himalayan salt, kale, ice, & water. Leftovers: black beans, corn, couscous & tomatoes. Sliced cucumbers.
4. Cottage cheese & nectarine
Day 2 = I had a second cup of coffee today, didn't need it! It made me jittery. Same amount of sugar as yesterday. I need better planning for veggies tomorrow!
