Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 2 weeks 1 day

1 year, 3 months, 2 weeks, 1 day!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Egg wrap with broccoli & COFFEE! If gave me an almost instant headache. #betrayedbythedeliciousness 

2. Black bean & bell pepper wrap with plain yogurt (maple syrup) & blueberries 

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, pineapple, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water 

4. Veggie burgers with cheese & bell peppers 

 

Day 12 = I tried to make every meal a burrito. So close!

Container counts:

Red = 5/6

Yellow = 2/4

Purple = 2/4

Green = 6/6 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 6/6 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 12 = Cardio Fix Extreme! That strength! And, I can jump without peeing. Not sure what that's all about but, I'll take it!
