Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, frozen pineapple, pumpkin seeds, kale, & water with an egg sandwich & sautéed broccoli
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, rolled oats, kale, ice, & water
3. Giant burrito! Black beans, brown rice, fajita veggies, guacamole, & cheese. And yes, I ate the whole friggin' thing!
4. Plain yogurt (with maple syrup & vanilla extract)
Day 6 = First day out of the house today & did pretty damn good! I overdid in some areas & short in other areas. Tomorrow is a new day!
