Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 1 week 6 days

1 year, 3 months, 1 week, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Broccoli & eggs on a pita 

2. Packed lunch for a day out: Vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, pineapple, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice & water. Cottage cheese with a nectarine. Peanut butter & cinnamon sandwich. Carrots & hummus. 

3. Cucumbers & tomatoes with olive oil & ACV 

4. Plain yogurt (maple syrup) with blueberries  

5. Black beans & couscous 

 

Day 10 = halfway there! I'm kind of (pleasantly!) surprised how easy it's become to get in all of these veggies. 

Container counts:

Red = 6/6

Yellow = 4/4

Purple = 4/4

Green = 6/6 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 6/6 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 10 = Pilates Fix Extreme! This one was tough today. I'm trying to learn alternative moves to work for my #diastasrecti instead of against. Almost this whole workout needs modifying. I'll get there!
