Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme-ish!
1. Egg, spinach & feta wrap with coffee
2. Chips with cheese, black beans, & bell peppers. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, kale, pink himalayan salt, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water
3. Plain yogurt with maple syrup, cherries & blueberries. Cucumber & tomatoes
Round 2/Day 2 = cheese overload, I need to reign that in.
Container counts:
Red = 4/5
Yellow = 4/4
Purple = 3/3
Green = 5/5
Orange = 1/1
Blue = 3/1
Teaspoons = 2/5
21 Day Fix Extreme Round 2/Day 2 = I'm going crazy not being able to workout. So, I did some #diastasisrecti moves & lifted some weights. Ahh, much better!
