Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Broccoli (double serving), 2 eggs, coffee, vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, pink himalayan salt, ice, & water -- english muffin but I didn't eat it
2. Cottage cheese & nectarine
3. Black beans, corn, couscous, sautéed bell pepper & tomato topped with avocado
4. Cucumber (double serving) & (double serving) plain yogurt (with peanut butter, vanilla extract & a bit of maple syrup)
Day 1 = I cut back on the amount of sugar in my coffee but I didn't cut it out entirely. I refuse to deal with a painful detox. Baby steps. :)

Red = 5/6
Yellow = 3/4
Purple = 3/4
Green = 6/6
Orange = 1/1
Blue = 1/1
Teaspoons = 6/6
