Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 3 weeks 3 days

1 year, 3 months, 3 weeks, 3 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Egg wrap & sautéed broccoli with coffee 

2. Plain yogurt with maple syrup, cherries & blueberries 

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, kale, pink himalayan salt, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water. Egg & cheese grilled sandwich. Spaghetti with green beans. 

 

Day 21 = back on track! :) 

Container counts:

Red = 4/5

Yellow = 4/4

Purple = 3/3

Green = 5/5 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 5/5 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 21 = I'm out to recover from an injury. Hopefully just for today!
