Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Egg wrap & sautéed broccoli with coffee
2. Plain yogurt with maple syrup, cherries & blueberries
3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, kale, pink himalayan salt, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water. Egg & cheese grilled sandwich. Spaghetti with green beans.
Day 21 = back on track! :)
