Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 2 weeks 4 days

1 year, 3 months, 2 weeks, 4 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water

2. Broccoli & egg wrap 

3. Veggie burgers with cheese & black beans. Cucumbers & tomatoes. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & a nectarine.   

 

Day 15 = had to drop container columns today! It'll take some adjustments, I'm pretty set on 6 servings of red & greens, lol 

Container counts:

Red = 6/5

Yellow = 2/4

Purple = 3/3

Green = 6/5 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 5/5 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 15 = Plyo  Fix Extreme! Knocked it out early today.
