Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water
2. Broccoli & egg wrap
3. Veggie burgers with cheese & black beans. Cucumbers & tomatoes. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & a nectarine.
Day 15 = had to drop container columns today! It'll take some adjustments, I'm pretty set on 6 servings of red & greens, lol
