1. Egg wrap with broccoli & vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water
2. Cottage cheese with a nectarine
3. Veggie burgers with cheese, bell peppers & green beans
4. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & peanut butter
Day 13 = pretty good day considering we had a sick kid today.
