Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 2 weeks 2 days

1 year, 3 months, 2 weeks, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Egg wrap with broccoli & vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water 

2. Cottage cheese with a nectarine  

3. Veggie burgers with cheese, bell peppers & green beans 

4. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & peanut butter 

 

Day 13 = pretty good day considering we had a sick kid today. 

Container counts:

Red = 7/6

Yellow = 1/4

Purple = 3/4

Green = 6/6 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 6/6 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 13 = Dirty 30 Extreme! I think I'm coming down with the boys cold, keeping up on this one was tough but I did it. F'ing germs.
