Day 4 of 21 Day Fix Extreme

Day 4 = Lower Fix Extreme! Not gonna lie, I was a bit scared when I saw that was on the schedule today. It was tough! I'm still shaking more than an hour later. 
But, I loved it! I especially liked the 4th round with the bands. I wore socks today & that helped with the awkward band placement. (I despise shoes! LOL)
Definitely feeling this one tomorrow. And, the next day.... lol

  1. Hi there, I was looking through weight loss blogs on Blogger and came across yours. What is 21 Day Fit Extreme? How do you like it so far? I am getting back into strength training and hopefully running when I lose more weight.

    1. Are you familiar with the original version of 21 Day Fix? I LOVE the extreme version so far. The nutrition plan helps me a ton & the workouts are really challenging.
      If you're just getting started though, the regular fix is probably a good starting point. There's a modifier to follow, too.
