Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 1 week

1 year, 3 months, 1 week!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, kale, ice, & water.

also ate the cucumber I had planned to have last night.

2. Two veggie burgers with sautéed bell peppers, & cheese, pita with green beans. 

3. Plain yogurt (with maple syrup & vanilla extract) with banana & english muffin topped with peanut butter & cinnamon 

 

Day 4 = No coffee today! No commitment to that though, lol I didn't feel like making it earlier & I'm feeling weird now. No sugar! 

Container counts:

Red = 5/6

Yellow = 3/4

Purple = 4/4

Green = 6/6 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 6/6 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 4 = Lower Fix Extreme! I'm feeling this one in my rear.
