Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, kale, ice, & water.
I also ate the cucumber I had planned to have last night.
2. Two veggie burgers with sautéed bell peppers, & cheese, pita with green beans.
3. Plain yogurt (with maple syrup & vanilla extract) with banana & english muffin topped with peanut butter & cinnamon
Day 4 = No coffee today! No commitment to that though, lol I didn't feel like making it earlier & I'm feeling weird now. No sugar!
