Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Egg wrap with sautéed broccoli & coffee
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, cherries, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water
3. Mixed veggies with tofu
4. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & blueberries
Day 18 = I haven't been planning my days, we've started work on the house so I've been really distracted! Still doing ok though. :)
