Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, kale, ice, & water with an egg sandwich & sautéed broccoli
2. Plain yogurt (with maple syrup & vanilla extract)
3. Two veggie burgers with sautéed bell peppers & homemade potato soup (shocked I didn't over eat this!)
4. Cottage cheese & apples
Day 5 = I guess I've decided to kick coffee? None again today! Rob suggested wine so I checked the book to find out what I could swap. I CANT SWAP ON EXTREME!!!!!!! lol Ok, ok I can do this. ;)
