Day 3 of 21 Day Fix Extreme

Day 3 = Pilates Fix Extreme! Pilates with a band? Ouch. lol I definitely suggest shoes for this one! I much prefer barefoot but not with a band around my feet, lol 
Lots of ab work in this one so its going to be tricky with my diastis recti muscle situation. I think I managed to modify enough to get through it comfortably & still get a decent workout in though. :)
