Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Egg sandwich with vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, ice, & water
2. Black bean, avocado & tomato wrap
3. Plain yogurt (maple syrup) with blueberries
4. Vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, pineapple, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice & water. Egg wrap & cucumber/tomato salad
Day 11 = I've been getting loose with my teaspoons & blue container. And, I 'tasted' some of the mac & cheese I made for the boys today. :-O Oh & I realized today that english muffins & pitas are NOT on the extreme plan. GAH! Tomorrow is a new day.
