Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 2 weeks 6 days

1 year, 3 months, 2 weeks, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Egg wrap with sautéed broccoli & coffee 

2. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & a nectarine.   

3. Veggie burger, black beans, bell peppers, cheese, & tomatoes  on a baked flour tortilla with green beans 

Whoops, not pictured. I was on the phone with my Dad & forgot, lol -- Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water 

 

Day 17 = much better day! 

Container counts:

Red = 4/5

Yellow = 3/4

Purple = 3/3

Green = 5/5 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 5/5 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 17 = wallpaper glue removal!! I ended up skipping pilates till I can research modifications further.
