Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 1 week 3 days

1 year, 3 months, 1 week, 3 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, kale, ice & water headed to #traderjoes

2. Eggs salad (made with plain yogurt & celery) on a pita with sautéed broccoli 

3. Cucumber & tomatoes 

4. Plain yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with cherries & peanut butter english muffin. 

 

Day 7 = back on track! Prepped a ton today, too. :) 

Container counts:

Red = 4/6

Yellow = 3/4

Purple = 3/4

Green = 6/6 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 0/1

Teaspoons = 6/6
