Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, pumpkin seeds, kale, ice & water headed to #traderjoes
2. Eggs salad (made with plain yogurt & celery) on a pita with sautéed broccoli
3. Cucumber & tomatoes
4. Plain yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with cherries & peanut butter english muffin.
Day 7 = back on track! Prepped a ton today, too. :)
