Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. Egg sandwich
2. Vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, pineapple, spinach, ice & water
3. Big ass salad: double romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, sunflower seeds, hard boiled eggs, topped with olive oil & ACV
4. Plain yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with blueberries topped with cinnamon
5. Cottage cheese & a nectarine. Cheesy pita topped with eggs & tomatoes.
Day 9 = I ate a half dozen eggs today. Wth? Need to work on variety, lol
