Photo food journal 1 year 3 months 1 week 5 days

1 year, 3 months, 1 week, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme! 

 

1. Egg sandwich 

2. Vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, pineapple, spinach, ice & water 

3. Big ass salad: double romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, sunflower seeds, hard boiled eggs, topped with olive oil & ACV 

4. Plain yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with blueberries topped with cinnamon 

5. Cottage cheese & a nectarine. Cheesy pita topped with eggs & tomatoes. 

 

Day 9 = I ate a half dozen eggs today. Wth? Need to work on variety, lol  

Container counts:

Red = 6/6

Yellow = 3/4

Purple = 3/4

Green = 6/6 

Orange = 1/1

Blue = 1/1

Teaspoons = 6/6 


21 Day Fix Extreme Day 9 = Upper Fix Extreme! Round 2 kicked ass! :)
