Photo food journal 1 year 1 week 4 days

I1 year, 1 week, 4 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water

2. Popcorn 

3. Snack at the science center 

4. I forgot about our class at the science center today (thankful a friend texted about it this morning!) & ended up making 11 dozen cookies for our cookie exchange crazy late! #homeschoolproblems #lol 

5. Bell peppers. Sugar & beer overload, lol 


Rough day! I had plans but they were thrown into the air! Planning to get back on track this week. I'm in acoaches only   challenge! I must get it together. :) 


Body Beast Week 8 Day 1/block 2 = bulk chest! Real quick before starting cookies. #BOOM
