Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Yogurt, peanut butter (double), blueberries & a waffle
2. Veggie burger with green beans, vegan chocolate shakeology with peanut butter (double), spinach, 1/2 banana
3. Homemade soup -- loads of veggies, little bit of potato & coconut milk base
4. Eggs, toast, blueberries, & sunflower seeds
Day 2 of 21 = good day! I found hidden veggies to get me through, lol
Insanity Max 30 Week 1 Day 2 = Tabata Power! That push-up section is killer.
