Photo food journal 1 year 2 weeks 5 days

1 year, 2 weeks, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Spinach, eggs, feta & toast 

2. Beer

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology on the run

4. My yellow dinner at 11PM 


I also fell into the cookies a little bit today. 


Body Beast Week 9 Day 2/block 3 = bulk legs! Ouch. So much ouch. But, Rob said my suffering helped motivate him. Go team? lol
