3. Vegan chocolate shakeology with banana, peanut butter, ice, & water
4. Homemade peanut awesomeness
5. Veggies -- much much needed veggies. Big thanks to my dad, lol
6. Garlic bread
7. Pierogi & cheesy potatoes
8. Cheesecake with berries & chocolate chip cookies
9. Lots of candy throughout the day. Give me my water! Oh my.

Body Beast Week 9 Day 4/block 3 = I did insanity max 30 today instead. I was cranky this morning & this workout was JUST what I needed! Minus the final 5 minutes being done with a 3 year old as an added weight..... lol
