Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Coffee with peppermint mocha creamer -- HUGE mistake! Taste great, left me feeling like death.
Not pictured: somehow I missed my bagel!? Weird.
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology & water on the road
3. Christmas party!! Salad, green beans with mac & cheese
4. Pineapple upside down cake
5. Pizza
My body was begging for veggies. So ready to get back on track! Headed home tomorrow. :)
Body Beast Week 9 Day 6/block 3 = i did insanity max 30 sweat intervals today. SO rough but I'm so glad I moved my rear!
