Photo food journal 1 year & 1 day

1 year, 1 day!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Cereal with a giant slotted spoon. Good thing I don't care for the milk, lol 

2. Cheese pita with cucumbers 

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, peanut butter, kale, ice, & water with popcorn 


This sickness may never leave our family. 


Body Beast Week 6 Day 5/block 2 = bulk back! Quick & painless. :)
