Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Leftover potato soup
2. Homemade spaghetti & green beans
3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, honey, pineapple, cinnamon, peanut butter, ginger, ice, & water
4. Chocolate chip muffin
Not pictured: a second plate of spaghetti after I got home from moms night out.
My dates aren't exact because I've been rounding a month at 4 weeks to keep it simple, lol But, this month is my 1 year anniversary! I have managed to stick with a fitness routine for A YEAR!!!!! I haven't missed more than 2 days in a row until this week because of the flu & even then, I was back to it after 3 days.
A year from now what will I wish I had done today? Exactly what I'm doing. :):):):)
