Photo food journal 1 year & 6 days

1 year, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Egg bagel & foo-foo coffee 

2. Foo-foo coffee #2 & a brownie 

3. Breadsticks 

4. Salad (drenched in ranch, I forgot to request it on the side, gag) & pizza  

5. Vegan chocolate shakeology, kale, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water, and popcorn 


Lots of shopping & garbage food choices. Worth it! I'm sure I'll be singing a different tune tomorrow though, lol   


Body Beast Week 7 Day 3/block 2 = bulk arms! Looooong & late day of shopping. Squeezed in our workout anyway. #noexcuses #BOOM
