Current fitness program: Body Beast!

2. This thing was action packed! Vegan chocolate shakeology, honey, cinnamon, peanut butter, coconut oil, carrots, ginger ice, & water
3. Mozzarella sticks
4. Gnocchi
My appetite is returning but the groceries are dwindling. Becoming quite the predicament! Hopefully everyone will be well enough to shop soon or I can get out alone.
Body Beast Week 6 Day 1/block 2 = bulk chest! I used very, very light weights & powered through. Felt great after! :)
