Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Spinach, vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, peanut butter (double)
2. Veggie burger with green beans
3. Yogurt (double), blueberries, peanut butter (double) with sunflower seeds
4. Nachos -- bell peppers, chips with cheese, & black beans
Day 1 of 21 = I took pictures of everything in the containers so I was accountable for my servings. I need to get myself together & today was a damn good start! :)
Short 1 veggie serving, I haven't shopped since we got back so I actually ran out of vegetables, lol
And, I need to drink more water!
Insanity Max 30 Week 1 Day 1 = cardio challenge. This was my second time through this one so I did way better! And bonus, Rob joined me! He despises cardio so this was a big deal! :)
