Photo food journal, 1 year 1 week 2 days

1 year, 1 week, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Corn flakes with banana & a bagel 

2. Pitstop for coffee 

3. Dinner out: fried zucchini & spinach/artichoke dip 

4. Dinner out: veggie wrap & onion rings 

5. Peppermint cookie 

6. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water, chips with cheese 


I'm struggling with nutrition during the busy busy of the holidays. Obviously. 


Body Beast Week 7 Day 6/block 2 = bulk shoulders! Late one but I got it done. :)
