Photo food journal 1 year 1 week 6 days

1 year, 1 week, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Bagel with cheese

2. Bell peppers 

3. Leftover soup 

4. Homemade broccoli alfredo with garlic toast 

5. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water


There may have been a few cookies with milk consumed. I need a 21 day fix nutrition focus! 


Body Beast Week 8 Day 3/block 2 = bulk arm! One arm is more muscley than the other. Thank you sore shoulder. :-O
