2. Blueberry bagel
3. Baked spaghetti, garlic bread & green beans
4. Vegan chocolate shakeology, kale, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water
Falling short on my veggies. Rocking my water & only 1 serving of cheese goals from my challenge group though! ;)
Body Beast Week 7 Day 1/block 2 = bulk chest! Getting back into the heavier weights again. Yay for returned strength! :)
