Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Watermelon
2. Way too many cookies (look how pretty they are!)! And a small plate of fruit.
3. Mac & cheese with peas
4. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water #vitamix
5. Cheesy pita & bell peppers with hummus
Participated in my first ever cookie exchange today. It turned out so great! I was nervous & totally procrastinated getting mine done. But, I made it! lol
Body Beast Week 8 Day 2/block 2 = bulk back! Rocked it! Only 1 more week in this block.
