Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water, & a bagel with cheese
2. Mall food. I felt SO greasy by the time I was done. Onion straws.
3. Pina colada at the mall. Sadly, no booze. lol
4. Leftover homemade alfredo (I ran out of broccoli!)
5. Cookie -- it has zucchini in it! That has to count as a health food? ;)
In a funk today. I KNOW it's from lack of sunshine & eating garbage. That doesn't help improve the mood though.
Body Beast Week 8 Day 5/block 2 = bulk shoulders! Not one of my favorites because I have to modify it so much. Moving onto block 3 Monday! I'm excited to switch things up. :)
