Photo food journal 1 year 2 weeks

1 year, 2 weeks!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water, & a bagel with cheese 

2. Science center pizza 

3. Beer! Just the one. 

4. Leftover homemade broccoli alfredo with garlic toast 

5. Popcorn & cookies with milk 


Doing the best I can right now. Thankful to get in 2 veggie servings. :-O 


Body Beast Week 8 Day 4/block 2 = rest day! Not really planned but swapped for Sunday. Sewage overflow lead to a drunk Rob, lol
