Photo food journal 1 year 2 weeks 2 days

1 year, 2 weeks, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Homemade chocolate chip pancakes

3. Dinner out: appetizers

5. My favorite cupboard. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water


I realized tonight that I've been making 'I won't eat here again!' type choices in places that we eat at way too frequently! That realization should help a ton.
