1 year, 2 weeks, 3 days!! of changing my life!
Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water, with eggs & toast
2. Dinner out: steak house options are very limited. Appetizers.
3. Dinner out: salad
4. Dinner out: corn & mashed potatoes (I had the option of 4 sides, most contained meat - I didn't touch the fries)
Not pictured: margaritas. Yes plural.
5. Cheesy chips
Sharing my shortcomings daily is rough. But, I continue.
Body Beast Week 8 Day 7/block 2 = rest day! Not really planned but it's cool.
