Photo food journal 11 months 3 weeks 6 days

11 months, 3 weeks, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Eggs 

2. Leftover potato soup 

3. Yogurt with peanut butter & blueberries 

4. Vegan chocolate shakeology, honey, pineapple, cinnamon, peanut butter, coconut oil, carrots, ginger, ice, & water

5. Nachos with cheese, black beans & bell peppers 


Getting back on track. Biggest improvement isn't pictured -- I've drank 100+ ounces of water yesterday & today. #BOOM Our challenge group kicks ass! :) 


Body Beast Week 6 Day 3/block 2 = bulk legs! Worked out at 10PM - that was soooooo hard to push myself through! But, got 'er done. #DOUBLEBOOM
