Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Waffles with yogurt/peanut butter/blueberries on top
2. Homemade creamy potato soup - Rob said it was better than Thanksgiving! And he ate 4 bowls of it, lol I had 2! Yay return of the appetite! :)

Everyone is still sick. The boys were hit hard today, hoping they improve by morning.
Body Beast Week 6 Day 2/block 2 = bulk arms! Swapped for legs because while I'm feeling way better, I'm still not 100%. My strength is returning slowly but I'm fighting my way back. :)
